Stress ManagementOur bodies are specially designed to respond to stressful situations. When a threat is perceived, hormones are released to fuel our fight-or-flight reaction. When the threat has passed, everything returns back to normal. Unfortunately, the persistent stress of our modern life can have our bodies on red alert all the time.
