Keiko Hicks

Keiko was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, and there first obtained her pharmacist’s license. Her background includes being part of a scientific research team that carried out original research in the fields of neuroscience and molecular biology, and working in the pharmaceutical industry where she had responsibility for that company’s regulatory affairs. Due to her having lived and worked in such diverse places as Greensboro (NC, USA), Ottawa, Truro (NS), and Dubai (UAE), she brings with her a well-developed multicultural perspective.
